A faithful reproduction the original Halo Wah with interior controls so you can set it and forget it

Late 60's, early 70's and every other tone you can imagine!

The Wilson Wah V2 is designed to replace not just one, but two of Wilson Effects' flagship wahs—the Signature Wah and the original Wilson Wah. Built for players who prefer a "set it and forget it" approach, the Wilson Wah V2 offers an extensive range of tonal possibilities, from classic vintage wah tones to more modern circuits. Whether you're after the iconic quack of a 1960s Vox Clyde McCoy or the deep, throaty growl of early Macari wahs, this pedal allows you to dial in your ideal tone and lock it in.

For those seeking vintage accuracy, Wilson Effects provides a downloadable vintage settings sheet featuring six meticulously crafted presets developed by tuning the Wilson Wah V2 side by side with actual vintage wahs—ensuring spot-on authenticity.

Premium Features & Components:

  • NOS Tropical Fish Capacitors for rich, vintage tone

  • Carbon Composition Resistors throughout the wah circuit

  • BC109B Transistors for classic response

  • Wilson Effects Custom Early Clarostat Cloned Potentiometer for authentic wah feel

  • True Bypass with LED Indicator to prevent accidental activation

  • Fuzz-Friendly Output Buffer, ensuring seamless compatibility with fuzz and overdrive pedals

  • Custom-Wound Wilson Effects Inductor for enhanced tonal character

Advanced Customization Controls:

  • Growl Trimmer – Adjusts bass and gain to shape the wah’s character

  • Mid-Range Trimmer – Controls the amount of midrange in the wah sweep

  • Sweep Range Trimmer – Adjusts the width and depth of the wah sweep

  • Boost Trimmer – Integrated boost circuit to push volume beyond unity gain (Caution: excessive boosting may introduce noise or amp breakup)

  • 6-Position DIP Q Switch – Provides ultimate tone-shaping flexibility, allowing you to dial in nearly any wah sound imaginable

Built for Performance & Reliability:

Each Wilson Wah V2 is hand-built in the U.S.A. and operates on a standard 2.1mm center-negative power supply or a high-quality alkaline battery. The pedal also features a Wilson Effects vintage taper wah pot, precisely modeled after the taper of a vintage ICAR pot for an authentic response.

Covered by a one-year warranty on parts and labor, the Wilson Wah V2 is built to last. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out via the contact form on our website.
